SpareHQ works out of Shenzhen, a metro ride away from Huaqiangbei — the world's densest market for phone spare parts. We are not a factory and we don't pretend to be one. We are a sourcing and QC desk: we know which counters stock which modules, which batches to avoid, and how to get hard-to-find parts when everyone else shows you an "out of stock" page.
Our specialty today is camera modules — rear main, front, telephoto and ultra-wide — for Xiaomi-family devices, with more brands added as we verify suppliers. If you repair phones or resell parts, you already know the honest version of this business: the parts are in Shenzhen, the risk is in Shenzhen, and the value of a good partner is removing that risk.
That is the whole job: you send a model list, we confirm what is genuinely in stock, quote in writing, test every unit, and ship it tracked to your door.
Grades are set by our own QC standard and stated on your quotation before you pay. No surprises after arrival.
